  1. Most courses at Happy Classes STEAM MTÜ run throughout the entire year. If a course consists of a limited number of sessions, this is stated in the course and curriculum description, and the course fee is paid as a one-time payment before the course begins.

  2. Tuition fees are paid monthly at the beginning of the current month, or as a one-time payment for the entire course if the course has a limited number of sessions.

  3. Individual lessons with speech therapists, private tutors, and other specialists are paid immediately based on an invoice. Mandatory rule: if you cancel a lesson or appointment, you must notify us as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours before the lesson starts. Notification must be sent in writing to info@happyclasses.ee. Otherwise, the invoice will be issued and must be paid.

  4. If you wish to discontinue attending classes at the Happy Classes learning center, you must notify us in writing at info@happyclasses.ee at least 1 month in advance. Termination requires one month’s notice, and the invoice for the final month will be issued and must be paid.

  5. Tuition is paid by bank transfer based on an invoice sent at the beginning of the current month. Payment covers the current month.

  6. We do not offer tuition discounts if your child misses a class. However, we are always ready to offer make-up lessons. For example, if a child misses a speech therapy session, they may attend additional LEGO construction or creative activity classes to complete the lessons within the paid plan.

  7. Happy Classes OÜ reserves the right to charge late fees of 0.2% of the invoice amount per day for overdue payments and to contact a debt collection agency or initiate legal proceedings in case of outstanding debt.

  8. Most Happy Classes MTÜ educational programs are approved by the Ministry of Education and Research and are eligible for tax deduction.

  9. If more than one child from the same family attends a course, we offer a 10% discount for the second and each subsequent child.

  10. For all questions, please contact us at info@happyclasses.ee.

  11. At present, we do not sign contracts with clients. Confirmation of a child’s enrollment is based on the parent’s completed form at the trial lesson, followed by written confirmation from the parent and a response letter from the learning center confirming the child’s (or children’s) acceptance into the program. An invoice is then issued and must be paid on time.

  12. We take photos and videos during our classes and publish them on Happy Classes learning center’s social media channels. If you do not wish your child to appear in publicly available photos or videos, please inform us at info@happyclasses.ee. Photos and videos are always taken without disrupting the learning process.

  13. The learning center announces school breaks in advance through all available client communication channels and by email. The learning center does not operate on official public holidays of the Republic of Estonia.
